Compensation: $100K expected by end of year 1. Breakdown: Base is 60k before commission or basically comparable to or better than your current or prior position. Expected 40k or more of commission. Plus Bonuses birthday bonus, holiday bonus, etc.

Position Responsibilities

- Case Management: Work closely with assigned Case Managers and Expert Witnesses to provide comprehensive paralegal support.

- Case Documentation: Review and summarize case details to assist the expert witness with reviews, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible.

- Drafting and Document Assembly: Provide drafting assistance and support document assembly for Case Managers and experts.

- Client Relations: Assist the Case Manager with client communications, case management, and scheduling as needed.

- Networking and Lead Generation: Engage in lead generation and networking to build our client base. Relevant contacts are highly valued and come with commission opportunities.
