Soliant is seeking two skilled Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSPs) to join our team for the 20252026 school year. One position will primarily serve English-speaking students, and the other will provide bilingual services. Both roles focus heavily on conducting evaluations and participating in staffing/ARD meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 57 psychoeducational evaluations per month across multiple campuses

• Attend staffing and ARD meetings to present evaluation findings and collaborate on student services

• Provide consultation and collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers

• Focus primarily on evaluation and participation in meetings; not responsible for running ARD meetings or preparing paperwork

• Maintain accurate records and ply with district, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid LSSP license in Texas

• Bilingual fluency required for the bilingual position

• Experience conducting prehensive psychoeducational assessments

• Strong collaboration and munication skills

• Ability to work efficiently across multiple campuses

Schedule & Location:

• This position requires a mitment of 30-40 hours per week

• Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar

• Work will be based on-sitein Smithwick, TX
