Bilingual Therapies is seeking a compassionate and experienced School Social Worker to join a school district in Gallup, NM for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, in-person role will support students social-emotional and behavioral needs, working closely with families, educators, and community partners.

Job Details:

• Full-time, in-person position for the 20252026 school year

• Provide counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and community agencies

• Participate in Student Support Teams (SST) and IEP meetings

• Conduct home visits and connect families with community resources

Requirements:

• Valid New Mexico School Social Worker license or eligibility

• Experience in school-based social work preferred

• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
