Job DescriptionKeystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Process Analyst who will be working in our St. Marys, PA location. This person will report to the Quality and Standards Lab Supervisor.Job Duties and Responsibilities· Perform dimensional inspection of Keystone production tooling.· Set up and operate all testing equipment at home location.· Perform First Piece and Annual Layout inspection.· Assist in the completion of quality and engineering submissions. (PPAP, etc.)· Assist Production, Tooling, and Engineering personnel in maintaining dimensional process control and in problem prevention.· Interpret Inspection Plans and Blueprints.· Perform departmental maintenance as required.· Assist in developing procedures and writing reports.· Work compatibly with all associated departments.Qualifications· Able to read and understand written documents and procedures.· Able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, use math formulas and solve basic equations.· Has an understanding of decimals, fractions, percentages and averages.· Able to legibly record process/product data and records.· Show basic computer skills to enter and interpret data.Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location.
