Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled professional to provide psychological services in an educational setting. This part-time role focuses on supporting high school students, addressing their diverse psychological and educational needs from late August to late May.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure in School Psychology
- Experience working with adolescents, particularly in a school setting
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Cultural competence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Location:
- Saint Paul, MN
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties
- Consult with school staff regarding student needs and best practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
