Job Description

The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for the daily operations of the call center team in cooperation with the President of the company. Responsibilities include sales coaching, supervising team members, managing existing and new processes, and implementing improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong sales acumen with knowledge of various selling styles and techniques, customer service, and the ability to work effectively within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage department quality program: Conducting quality audits and scoring with team members and the leadership team.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations: Ensuring the team is motivated and enabled to achieve success.
  • Provide individual coaching: On call completion and Medicare knowledge.
  • Conduct new hire training and evaluation program.
  • Manage and implement enhancements: To processes and systems, including the training and operations manuals.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Work with the team to create and execute a performance plan: To achieve numbers in line with company expectations.
  • Forecasting and goal setting: Along with management.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
