Job Overview:

Soliant is seeking a School Social Worker to support a preschool caseload at a school in Kansas for the2025-2026 academic year. This role focuses on enhancing students social and emotional well-being through targeted support services.

Position Details:

• Onsite
• Full Time
• Varying caseload, mainly secondary grade levels
• Itinerant position

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and behavioral support for students
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess student needs and track progress
• Collaborate with staff, families, and IEP teams to implement support strategies
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings
