Job Title: Financial Data Migration Analyst

Pay Rate: $40/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week

Location: Fully Remote (TX Only)

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Data Migration Analyst to support the migration of financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Primavera Unifier. This role is key to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial information during a critical system transformation.

Responsibilities

Financial Data Preparation & Mapping

• Clean, organize, and validate project cost data from Sage 300/Timberline or PeopleSoft
• Map data to Oracle Unifier processes including:
• Fund appropriations
• Budgets
• Purchase orders and amendments
• Change orders, invoices, and payment applications

Data Validation & Testing

• Review and validate migrated data in Oracle Unifier
• Ensure all data elements are accurately transferred
• Identify and troubleshoot errors or inconsistencies in data migration

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Reconcile data between legacy systems and Oracle Unifier
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Access, PeopleSoft, and OBIEE
• Support the preparation of project cost reports and data audits
• Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting or financial analysis

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
• PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, Sage 300/Timberline

  Preferred Experience: Background in healthcare or government environments
