Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
A full-semester contract opportunity is available for experienced School Psychologists to support a K-12 educational setting in Wellington, KS. This role primarily addresses four or more psychology needs within the school system, offering candidates the chance to impact student development across all grade levels.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Providing counseling and behavioral support to students
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs
- Offering crisis intervention and support services as required
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed School Psychologist with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
- fort and skill in handling K-12 caseloads; the final offer will reflect candidate experience and availability
- Ability to work full-time preferred; part-time considered depending on candidate preference
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills tailored to diverse student populations
