Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available for a dedicated professional skilled in supporting 4th and 5th-grade students in reading and math. This position is focused on delivering individualized instruction in an elementary school setting, ensuring students with special needs receive prehensive educational support to achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans in reading and math aligned with grade-level standards.
  • Assess student progress regularly and adjust strategies to optimize learning outes.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in pliance with state regulations.
  • Utilize effective behavioral management techniques to foster a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Active Wisconsin Special Education License.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably grades 4 and 5.
  • Strong knowledge of reading and math instructional strategies for special education.
  • Ability to municate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
