Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required. 
Position: Elementary Special Education Teacher Location: Rawlins, WY Type: Full-time, itinerant/resource setting, K6; 20252026 school year (starting August?7,?2025)
Salary: Hourly rate; actual pay will be determined based on district budget and candidate experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters preferred)
</li>
<li>
Valid Wyoming Special Education teaching certification
</li>
<li>
Experience with elementary-aged students in resource/pull?out settings
</li>
<li>
Strong communication, collaboration, and instructional planning skills
</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students needs
</li>
<li>
Provide direct instruction in small-group pull?out/resource settings
</li>
<li>
Monitor and assess student progress; adjust instruction accordingly
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with general education staff, families, and specialists to support inclusion
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate and confidential records and IEP documentation
</li>
