Soliantis seeking a dedicated and passionate School Social Worker to serve students in grades K5 for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite-only position located in McCullom Lake, Illinois, running from August 14, 2025, to May 28, 2026. The Social Worker will provide crucial support to students, families, and staff, helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to support students social-emotional and behavioral development
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and student support teams to implement social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives

Conduct needs assessments and support students experiencing barriers to academic success

Act as a liaison between school, home, and munity resources

Participate in IEP and 504 planning and implementation

Support crisis intervention and response efforts
Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Work endorsement

Experience working in K5 or elementary school settings preferred

Strong munication, organizational, and teamwork skills
