POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Enrollment Services Specialist. This is a regular full-time position that will begin immediately. 
Reporting to the Director of Records and Registration, the Enrollment Services Specialist will take an active role in the establishment and maintenance of technological solutions to processes and troubleshoot technical issues in the Student Information System (SIS), Curriculum Management System (Curriculog), and the Client Relations Management (CRM) system as well as establish workflows and standardized procedures for electronic forms and processes related to the maintenance of a student’s academic record. Associate Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Computer Science, General Studies or related field required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Computer Science, or General Studies preferred. Demonstrated experience in critical thinking, problem solving, data analysis, and emergent technologies required. Two years experience in customer service and dealing with a diverse population preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerAutomate preferred. Occasional evening and weekend hours required.

Duties Prepare Youth for Success 1.Creates an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes that: -Promotes and stimulates program participation through the delivery of age-appropriate day-to-day activities in accordance with established program expectations. -Assists in orientating new members to the Club's daily scheduling and program expectations (Be Safe, Be Kind, and Take Care). -Provides guidance, role modeling, and constructive feedback to members to promote development and skill building in program area(s). -Demonstrates leadership through consistent use of safety and licensing best practices to ensure proper conduct and safety of members. -Continuously accounts for the members in their assigned group by name, face, and written attendance. -Oversees and assists in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining program space and upkeep. Program Development, Implementation and Supervision 2.Effectively implements and administers programs, services, and activities for members. 3.Monitors and evaluates programs, services, and activities to ensure Club and child safety, quality programs, and good appearance of the branch/site at all times. Ensures that program areas are safe, well-ventilated, and well lit; and that Club equipment is maintained in a good working condition. 4.Ensures the evaluation of Club programs continually, including tracking outcome metrics; verifies that programs/activities respond to member needs and addresses their gender and cultural diversity. 5.Responsible for documenting any problems or issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis through the use of injury/incident reports. 6.Responsible for communicating with child care licensing and DCYF when applicable. 7.Participates in special programs and/or events such as all-staff training days. 8.Participates in staff meetings. 9.Facilitates open and effective, professional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and members. 10.Other duties as assigned. Requirements 
·High school diploma or GED. 
·Must be 18 years of age or older and have a minimum of 600 hours working in a school-age program. 
·Must have documentation of at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university. 
·Employees that are 19 years of age may be assigned to the senior program. 
·Knowledge of youth development. 
·Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems. 
·Ability to communicate with parents/guardians. 
·Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth. 
·Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment. 
·Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications in order to meet Bureau of Childcare licensing requirements. 
·Occasional travel for meetings/ trainings, etc. may be required. 
·May be asked to drive Club van/short bus occasionally. (21 plus years of age only) 
·Must possess a safe driving record and submit a copy of such record to either the Operations Director or human resources department.

 A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEARNING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR:
As a Learning and Professional Development Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating learning experiences that are practical, inclusive, and aligned with strategic objectives. The trainer also plays a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, using data to continuously improve content and delivery methods. The position collaborates across departments to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and motivation to perform at their best in a mission-driven environment. The Learning and Professional Development Coordinator will facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on topics such as onboarding, communication, leadership, compliance and will have to analyze learning data to measure knowledge retention, behavior change, and organizational outcomes. Also, you will have to collaborate with HR and department leaders to schedule and promote training sessions and provide feedback on training materials, and suggest updates based on learner feedback and evaluation results. The trainer will support employees in gaining confidence and competence using site-specific databases in the workplace and collaborate with IT and HR teams to incorporate system updates or new tools into training content. 
 QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or a related field with two (2) to four (4) years of experience in training delivery and facilitation</li>
