About the Role:
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a forward-thinking school district to hire a full-time School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 academic year. In this role, you’ll work with students from early childhood through middle school, helping to support their academic, behavioral, and emotional development.
You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs, conduct evaluations, and support intervention strategies. You’ll also have the chance to lead trainings and consultations for staff and caregivers, promoting inclusive and supportive learning environments.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with teachers and families to promote student success.
- Support students through individual and group counseling as needed.
- Lead workshops and consultations on behavioral and academic support strategies.
- Conduct assessments and provide insights that inform IEPs and student interventions.
RequirementsA graduate degree in School Psychology or a closely related field—at either the Master’s or Doctoral level—is required. Candidates must also possess valid Illinois licensure or certification as a School Psychologist. Prior experience working in educational environments, particularly with culturally diverse student populations, is preferred. A strong commitment to ongoing professional growth and the continuous enhancement of service delivery is essential.
