Responsibilities:
• Manage enrollment processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members to administer benefits, billing, and claims processes.
• Utilize platforms such as Avaya CMS and Salesforce to manage data and maintain accurate records.
• Create and manage banner ads and other digital communication tools to support enrollment initiatives.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide support for financial services operations, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
• Assist in the administration of benefit functions and claim management.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.• Experience with Avaya CMS and Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs.
• Strong understanding of benefit, billing, and claim administration processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with creating and managing banner ads and digital platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
