A-Line Staffing is now hiring an EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist in Louisville, KY. The EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist would be working for a rapidly growing healthcare organization and has contract-to-hire potential. This would be full time / 40 hours per week.

EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $23.00 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist Highlights

• This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity based on attendance, performance, and business needs

• The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Onsite position in Louisville, KY

EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities

• Complete and submit enrollment registrations accurately and timely

• Generate and monitor EDI agreements and follow up on pending items to meet payer deadlines

• Investigate and resolve enrollment denials and errors

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the enrollment lifecycle

• Respond to internal customer requests related to EDI setup, user permissions, and clearinghouse access

• Maintain strong working knowledge of departmental systems and workflows

• Perform other duties as assigned

EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist Requirements

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with clearinghouse platforms such as Waystar or Availity

• Healthcare payer/provider enrollment experience

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
