Position Summary:
Assists administrators, teachers, counselors, and other professionals with implementation of strategically aligned programs and interventions designed to increase student engagement and positive participation in an academic program. Trains and serves as a mentor to Behavior Intervention Specialists.

Salary: $31.17 - $41.18 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience.
Location: Foothill Ranch
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience: The position requires an Associate’s degree in a behavioral or social science, education, or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible experience with a community-based social services and behaviorally at-risk students with attendance problems. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and will substitute for some experience.
Licenses and Certifications: Requires a valid driver’s license. May require a valid First-Aid card and CPR certificate.
