Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Paraprofessionals for a full-time role with school districts in the Langhorne, PA area. We are looking for individuals dedicated to working with students with special needs and providing essential classroom support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students requiring additional assistance in classroom and one-on-one settings.

• Support teachers in delivering individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom modifications.

• Assist students with daily activities, including mobility, personal care, and behavioral management.

• Help maintain a structured and inclusive learning environment.

• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to enhance student progress.

• Maintain documentation on student performance and provide relevant updates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some districts may require paraprofessional certification or prior experience).

• Experience working with students with disabilities in an educational setting is preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for student success.

• Ability to assist in implementing behavioral and learning strategies.
