A full-time Special Education Case Manager position is available for the uping school year at a K-12 educational setting in Anoka, MN. This role focuses primarily on case management responsibilities rather than direct teaching, making it ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills and expertise in special education pliance.
Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 15 students, ensuring adherence to Individualized Education Program (IEP) timelines, and maintaining pliance with Minnesota Special Education laws. The position requires scheduling IEP meetings, coordinating services, and monitoring student progress. Experience working with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and Autism Spectrum Disorders is essential. The role involves some travel within the region, expected about two days per week.
Schedule details:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Work hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
