Position Overview

Soliant is seeking a passionate and experienced School Psychologist to join our educational team in Murray, Nebraska, for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite position will serve both elementary and middle school students, supporting their academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success through prehensive psychological services.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-focused, and mitted to helping students thrive in inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with state and federal regulations

  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students through the development of effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Participate in MTSS teams, problem-solving meetings, and behavior intervention planning

  • Provide short-term counseling and mental health support to students

  • Assist in the implementation of school-wide practices to promote positive behavior and student well-being

  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and adhere to pliance timelines

  • Serve as a resource to staff on mental health, academic, and behavioral strategies

Qualifications

  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology

  • Valid Nebraska School Psychologist Certification (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Experience working with K8 students, including those in self-contained programs, is preferred

  • Strong understanding of IDEA, MTSS, and behavioral intervention frameworks

  • Excellent munication, organizational, and consultation skills
