Location: Servicing a school district in New Orleans, LA (Work from Anywhere)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a remote 1099 contract position with a partnering school district in New Orleans, Louisiana. This opportunity is ideal for educators who are passionate about accessibility and inclusionand who thrive in a flexible, fully remote environment.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time, remote position (1099 contractor)

  • Serve students across K12 with hearing impairments

  • Collaborate virtually with general and special education teams

  • Deliver individualized support aligned with student IEPs

  • Provide direct instruction via video conferencing platforms

  • Maintain regular documentation and progress updates
