Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed North Carolina real estate instructor to support the development and review of our Post-Licensing Courses 301, 302, and 303, and to serve as a named instructor for our licensing programs. This is a remote position with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
Course Review & Feedback
- Collaborate on the development of Post-Licensing Courses 301, 302, and 303
- Review and provide feedback on course content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with NCREC standards
- Assist in preparing final drafts for Commission approval
Student Support
- Serve as a named instructor for official licensing and post-licensing courses
- Respond to student questions and provide occasional clarification via email or message boards
- Monitor student progress and offer light-touch support as needed
Instructional Technology & AI
- Use online course platforms and learning management systems
- Engage with AI-assisted content creation and review workflows to improve efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- Must hold a current North Carolina real estate instructor license in good standing
- Experience teaching or reviewing NC Post-Licensing Courses 301, 302, or 303
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a fully online environment
- Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools in educational content
- Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
