F&B seeks an experienced part-time Education Recruiter to join the Human Resources team. Applicants should have prior experience actively sourcing candidates and working as an in-house or agency recruiter within the education sector specifically.


We are committed to attracting the best instructors and administrators to support our cohort of 400+ students and their families. We recognize that our success is determined by the quality of our inclusive and supportive team.


The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Develop a pipeline of diverse talent aligned to specific instructional teams utilizing multiple sourcing methods to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes, set up preliminary zoom screens, and compile interview notes
  • Create, track, and manage reporting on candidate pipelines through the Applicant Tracking System. Screen candidates and enter feedback into the ATS
  • Write and place job advertisements
  • Have prior experience hiring or working within the education sector
  • Have an understanding of the academic course load of high school students and what makes an instructor a fit for our center
  • Be detail oriented, disciplined, and a self starter while working closely with the Director of Human Resources to understand requisition requirements
  • Be available up to 20 hours per week with days and times largely self determined


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least one year of experience working in education and at least three years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies to identify and attract candidates
  • Comfort with applicant tracking software and Google Workspace
  • Ability to pass a background check


This is a part-time position. Hourly rate based on experience.
