F&B seeks an experienced part-time Education Recruiter to join the Human Resources team. Applicants should have prior experience actively sourcing candidates and working as an in-house or agency recruiter within the education sector specifically.

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Develop a pipeline of diverse talent aligned to specific instructional teams utilizing multiple sourcing methods to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes, set up preliminary zoom screens, and compile interview notes
- Create, track, and manage reporting on candidate pipelines through the Applicant Tracking System. Screen candidates and enter feedback into the ATS
- Write and place job advertisements
- Have prior experience hiring or working within the education sector
- Have an understanding of the academic course load of high school students and what makes an instructor a fit for our center
- Be detail oriented, disciplined, and a self starter while working closely with the Director of Human Resources to understand requisition requirements
- Be available up to 20 hours per week with days and times largely self determined
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least one year of experience working in education and at least three years of recruiting experience.
- Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies to identify and attract candidates
- Comfort with applicant tracking software and Google Workspace
- Ability to pass a background check
This is a part-time position. Hourly rate based on experience.
