As an Admissions Coordinator with us, you will play a vital role in connecting individuals seeking substance abuse and mental health treatment with the right programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include fielding high volumes of incoming calls, responding to contact forms, and engaging with prospective patients and their families through live chats. You will utilize your persuasive sales skills to convert leads into admissions while ensuring a compassionate and empathetic approach to callers in crisis.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to engage and convert leads in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to connect empathetically with callers.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in a call center or sales environment, particularly within the substance use or healthcare industry.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced setting.
