SFS is looking for a CBRN Course Registrar to support the National Guard Training Department located in Arlington VA. Position will be performed on-site at the Arlington Va National Guard.
Maintain HRF/CERFP Individual Training Branch (ITB) Training Schedule, maintain GKO CBRN Course Schedule, coordinate with state/region Points of Contact (POCs) to create agreed upon course dates, locations, and course participation from across the CRE, create LOIs for all CBRN courses, conduct internal/external teleconferences with all state/region POCs to ensure situational awareness on course and enrollment availability, produce weekly/monthly required documents for the NGB J373 leadership andProgram Manager, facilitate weekly/monthly Planning Meetings with state National Guard leadership to coordinate exercises
- Shall provide Individual Training Course Registrar services.
- Must have advanced skills using SharePoint, MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Shall support, monitor, and update student registrations for Army National Guard (ARNG) Soldiers and Air National Guard (ANG) Airmen in schools, courses, and similar forums (hereafter called "courses").
- Upon receipt of a student's application, shall create, maintain, and update the student's registration process for courses. The Joint Individual Staff Training Branch (NGB-J373) anticipates an average of 10,050 registration requests per year.
- Shall gather and process course pre-requisite
- Shall maintain a running Dual Status Commander (DSC) registry that provides the names and POC information for all current qualified DSC’s by State.
- Provide an updated roster to the COR on a monthly basis.
- Create/update a course event calendar, and schedule for the courses that support NGB Joint training Requirements, NLE Scenarios, National Planning Scenarios, Homeland Security Institute, HRF, and CERFP. The Government anticipates 46 required event calendars and schedules per year. These schedules will be reviewed and approved by the COR and the Contractor shall finalize all edits from this review cycle. The Contractor shall take all finalized schedules and calendars and post them to the GKO website.
- Review letters of instruction (LOls) generated by the NGB-J373 for NGB Joint Training Requirements, NLE Scenarios, National Planning Scenarios, Homeland Security Institute, HRF, and CERFP, which total approximately 46 courses per year, and provide an executive summary that analyzes any potential deficiencies in the LOls.
- Shall provide an analysis that outlines current registration and
waiver requests.
- Provide to the COR on a weekly basis an all-encompassing roster of students that outlines the student population and information for each course.
- Continuously verify and validate course registration information with JFHQ-State(s) and individual training participants to ensure that individual training participants successfully complete registration by reviewing.
- Shall coordinate with JFHQ-State(s) and NGB Divisions to plan, schedule, and facilitate NGB Joint Training Courses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or Higher Required
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- 5 years of experience performing the above task with 3 years directly related to position above.
