Position Summary: The Director of Staff & Curriculum is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining teachers for classrooms age Infant through Kindergarten
· Working with the church to fulfill the school's vision and mission
· Cultivating a Christian atmosphere throughout the school
· Developing a connection between the church and the unchurched families who attend the preschool
· Organizing/facilitating daily chapel
· Managing staff schedules to ensure proper classroom ratios
· Using technology to effectively communicate with parents and staff
· Ensuring compliance with Bright from the Start and SACS regulations/guidelines
· Meeting monthly with School Committee of the Church Council, providing reports as requested
