Job DescriptionDescription:The Enrollment Coordinator at SEED School of Miami is responsible for managing the admissions process from outreach through enrollment, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and compliance with regulations. The role includes coordinating community outreach, supporting New Student/Parent Orientations, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing enrollment data. The Enrollment Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment efforts, student retention,and overall school culture.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and codify application, eligibility, and enrollment practices in line with school policy and regulations.
- Assist in creating and editing student applications and related materials.
- Support the Director of Admissions with ordering, storing, and managing program supplies and materials.
- Conduct informal observations of part-time staff/volunteers and provide feedback to the Director of Admissions.
- Assist in planning and executing New Student/Parent Orientations (NSO).
- Co-advise student enrollment and re-enrollment activities.
- Coordinate community events and presentations for admissions.
- Collaborate with the Programmatic Leadership Team to support programs that promote student achievement,
- retention, and a positive school culture.
- Perform complex administrative functions, including data collection and report preparation, while maintaining
- confidentiality.
- Analyze data on enrollment, demographics, and retention.
- Assist with maintaining admissions records and files.
- Manage internal/external communications for admissions, ensuring timely responses (within 48 hours).
- Lead outreach efforts in Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties, including home and campus visits,
- particularly during peak recruitment periods (evenings and weekends as needed).
- Attend professional development aligned with SEED’s mission.
- Set and track progress on quarterly and yearly goals.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.

Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience in admissions/recruitment or education
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields, preferred
- A minimum of two years of experience with aggregating/synthesizing data
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays or Sundays (as needed)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English/Creole) - preferred
- Valid state driver's license and reliable mode of transportation
