Job Description Summary Boundless Childcare Preschool is now hiring a dynamic Lead Teacher for our Two Year-old Classroom, working with children 24-36 months old. The ideal candidate would have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, a positive and supportive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow. This position is at our Piqua Site in Decatur, IN, serving children 6 weeks-2. We plan Duties 
<ul>
<li>Plan and organize activities consistent with the curriculum</li>
<li>Documenting children's growth and development</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards</li>
<li>Create and implement a learning environment that is conducive to learning</li>
<li>Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that all students are learning together</li>
<li>Communicate with families regularly to build partnerships and ensure the well-being of their children</li>
</ul>
 Requirements Experience/Education: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum CDA (Child Development Credential)</li>
<li>2 years' experience working with children </li>
<li>Passion for working with children</li>
</ul>
