A full-time school psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year at an elementary school setting in Fayetteville, AR. This contractual role offers the opportunity to provide crucial psychoeducational evaluations and behavioral support to students, ensuring they receive the appropriate educational accommodations and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess eligibility across 12 primary disability categories
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs
- Write detailed evaluation reports and present findings during special education conferences
- Provide behavioral support and collaborate with educators and families to foster positive student outcomes
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience as a school psychologist in an elementary school environment
- Strong background in psychoeducational assessment and report writing
- Ability to manage and present evaluation results effectively during meetings
- Skills in developing and supporting Behavior Intervention Plans
