The Orientation Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the orientation process for new hires in a warehouse environment. This role ensures all new employees are introduced to company policies, safety protocols, and job expectations, helping them integrate smoothly into the workforce.

JULY TO DECEMBER**
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily/weekly new hire orientations for warehouse staff, including walkthroughs, presentations, and documentation.
- Provide detailed training on warehouse safety procedures, equipment usage, PPE, and emergency protocols.
- Ensure all onboarding paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with department supervisors to schedule hands-on training and job shadowing.
- Maintain and update orientation materials to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
- Monitor new hires during their probationary period to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns.
- Track and report onboarding metrics, such as completion rates, attendance, and feedback scores.
- Support teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in onboarding, training, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety standards is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
