Urgent Hiring: Full-Time School Psychologist (PSYCH)

Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists (PSYCH) for a full-time position within school districts in the Mesquite, TX area.

Requirements:

• Valid Texas LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) credential

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field

• Compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) and local district requirements

• Prior experience working in a K12 setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments

• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and BIPs

• Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and support to students and staff

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student well-being and academic success

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Autism Testing as needed

• Must be proficient in ESPED

Caseload Details:

• K12 (Itinerant)

• No counseling duties required
