Qualifications:
- Masters degree or education specialist degree in school psychology
- Valid teaching certificate with school psychologist endorsement
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Excellent munication and consultation abilities
- Experience in program planning and development
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and administrators
Location:Kansas City, MO
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Provide consultation services to teachers, staff, and parents regarding student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and interventions
- Conduct re-evaluations to assess ongoing student needs and adjust services accordingly
- Deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health awareness
