Clarifi Staffing Solutions is actively hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher with a valid LBS1 endorsement to serve students with exceptional needs during the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time position offers a meaningful opportunity to support students’ academic and developmental success within a caring and inclusive classroom environment.
We’re seeking an educator who brings both compassion and collaboration to the table—someone who thrives in a team setting and is eager to build strong partnerships with families, support staff, and fellow professionals. In this role, you’ll design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet each student’s specific strengths and needs.
Working across cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and physical learning domains, you’ll contribute to a multidisciplinary approach that places the whole child at the center. Through regular IEP participation, close coordination with caregivers, and consistent communication with service providers, you’ll help ensure student goals are aligned, supported, and celebrated. The use of play-based strategies and evidence-informed instruction will guide your work as you help students reach critical milestones and build confidence in their learning journey.
RequirementsCandidates should have a solid background working as a Special Education Teacher or in a closely related role, with specific experience supporting early childhood caseloads. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, and a master’s degree is highly valued. Applicants must also hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS1 endorsement—please note that alternative certifications are not being accepted for this position.
