Our team includes experts across mental health, ABA, OT, ST, MH, and Diagnostics. We are on a mission to reduce the wait time for families seeking ASD and IDD evaluations, especially those in underserved communities.Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a full-time Psychometrician with strong assessment and writing skills to join our diagnostic team. In this unique role, you will not only administer standardized assessments but will also write comprehensive reports. " Reports will be interpreted by a clinical psychologist". This is an ideal opportunity for a professional who is passionate about neurodiversity and is ready to grow their skills in both testing and diagnostic writing. Psychometricians, Psychologists, and school psychologists are all welcome to apply!Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer standardized assessments to children and adolescents for ASD, IDD, and related concerns.
  • Interpret results and contribute to the diagnostic formulation.
  • Write high-quality diagnostic reports, integrating clinical observations, caregiver interviews, and assessment data.
  • Participate in diagnostic team meetings, collaborate with supervising psychologists, and other contributing providers in the clinic.
  • Communicate findings with clarity and sensitivity to caregivers and referral sources.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with OBC standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of child development, ASD, and intellectual disabilities preferred.
  • Prior experience administering cognitive, developmental, and behavioral assessments (e.g., WISC-V, ADOS-2, Vineland-3) preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to clinical detail preferred.
  • Willingness to write full reports (with training and supervision provided).
  • Experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
