Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging childrens intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities
- Interact with children at all times.
- Provide curriculum materials that are developmentally appropriate.
- Have them-related lesson plans that are age appropriate.
- Maintain control of the group.
- Maintain discipline as outlined in the Infant/Toddler Handbook.
- Oversee and interact with children during outside play time. Count children going out and
coming in. - Accompany children at all times.
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
- Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities.
Qualification
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED Experience in childcare.
- Must have a Department of Early Education and Care / Office of Childcare Services
Group Childcare Certificate, OR transcript. - 3 credits in Child Development/ 9 months experience in early childhood
