Job Requirements:

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist) endorsement
Compliance with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) requirements
Experience in a school setting is preferred

Job Duties:

Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support student growth
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including general education teachers, counselors, and parents
Conduct academic and behavioral assessments to determine student needs
Deliver specialized instruction and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
