APEX is looking for a highly skilled Construction Instructor to teach hands-on work with a group of students who are eager to learn. ABSOLUTELY no teaching experience required. You supply the skills and we supply everything else, even the tools!
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on fieldwork experience in the construction trade with experience in Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electric
- Kitchen and Bathroom remodel experience
- Experience in Framing, Sheetrock, Roofing, and Siding
- Basic branch circuit knowledge
- Experience in installing Plumbing Fixtures and DWV
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading blueprints, manuals, and electrical schematics
- Highly skilled in working with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- High School Diploma or GED
