Summary

Joyful Hearts Learning Center, a ministry of the Lake Mills Moravian Church, is opening soon July 2025. We are looking for teachers to bring their unique talents and experiences into the classroom. We are hiring an assistant teacher who will work with infants to school age. As a teacher at Joyful Hearts, you will be working in a welcoming, positive, supportive work environment.

This position will start full time at the end of June to complete training and prepare for the center opening early July.

Duties

• Create a warm and inviting environment for children while prioritizing child safety
• Collaborate with other staff members
• Develop relationships with families through ongoing communication

Requirements

• Team player
• Desire to learn and grow
• Calm, patient, and nurturing
• Play and engage with children for extended periods of time
• Age 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
