A full-time School Psychologist position is available in a K-12 school near Anderson, SC, serving the educational needs of students throughout the school year. This direct hire opportunity requires a professional licensed in South Carolina to deliver prehensive psychological assessments and support services for special education eligibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely and thorough evaluations for Special Education eligibility
- Assess a variety of conditions including Specific Learning Disability using the PSW model, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop appropriate intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ply with district policies and state regulations
- Participate in virtual interviews to discuss role specifics and expectations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid South Carolina School Psychologist License
- Proven experience with psychological assessments in a K-12 setting preferred
- Ability to work full-time from ASAP through the end of the school year
- Strong munication and organizational skills
