Job Summary: Kiddie Academy of Henderson has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, optimistic, and inspiring educator to join us as a Teacher. Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth

Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

Maintain open and effective communication with families
-
Ensure all classroom and center procedures are followed, including health and safety standards
-
Collaborate with assistant teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive teaching team
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed child care center or preschool setting
-
Passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of child development
-
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
-
Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
-
CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
