We’re looking for a dynamic Pre-K Lead Teacher who can bring fresh ideas, lead with confidence, and inspire both children and co-teachers. What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement creative, interest-based lesson plans that spark curiosity and excitement for learning
- Maintain a structured, organized classroom environment that meets state and program standards
- Lead your co-teachers by setting a positive tone and providing guidance on daily routines and best practices
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
- Track developmental milestones and share progress through family communication tools
- Incorporate play-based learning that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all childcare regulations

Requirements:What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in a licensed preschool program
- A deep understanding of early childhood development and hands-on teaching strategies
- Ability to create engaging, child-led lesson plans
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Meets state requirements for Lead Teachers (education and experience)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and maintain annual trainings
- Maintain active supervision of all children within sight and sound at all times
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for early education
