Department: Patient Financial Services – Pre-Registration / Insurance Verification

Job Category: Non-Clinical – Administrative

Job Type: Contract

Start Date: 08/04/2025

End Date: 11/01/2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 37.5 hours/week

Contract Duration: Approximately 13 weeks with extension



Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in hospital authorization and insurance verification is required.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Understanding of patient registration and pre-certification workflows.
  • Experience with insurance verification portals and payer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
