Caseload: Approx. 35 students per school | ~55 evaluations total
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Psychologist to provide prehensive services to students across two elementary schools in the Colchester, VT area. This full-time position involves working closely with educational teams, families, and administrators to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of approximately 70 students, split evenly between two buildings. Candidates should be confident conducting assessments, facilitating IEP meetings, supporting EST teams, and providing remendations for interventions. Experience with 504 plan participation is helpful but limited in scope for this role.
What You'll Do:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret data for eligibility determinations

Collaborate with EST and IEP teams to develop and monitor individualized education programs

Provide consultation and support to staff and families on student needs and strategies

Participate in problem-solving meetings and remend data-driven interventions

Serve as a resource for behavior plans and mental health supports
Qualifications:

Valid Vermont School Psychologist license or eligibility

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

Strong munication and collaboration skills

Must be fortable traveling between two buildings during the workweek
