Do you find joy supporting staff both in and out of the classroom? Are you eager to learn new information and share it with the classroom staff? Do you thrive guiding others to success?
As the Early Childhood Coach, you will:
- Work with staff directly to ensure developmentally appropriate practices are used in the classrooms.
- Facilitate individual and group coaching to help staff identify and achieve goals based on their individual needs.
- Effectively communicate with staff and supervisors.
- Attend classrooms weekly to model practices, provide support, and understand teaching styles.
You will know you are successful if:
- You foster relationships and build strong partnerships with staff and children.
- You are driven by others successes and provide content to help them achieve goals.
- You work with staff to identify areas of strength and areas of professional growth while offering information to assist them in providing the highest quality of services.
To be considered you must possess a bachelor's degree in early education, or a closely related field.
We are currently offering $300 sign-on stipend after successfully completing the 90 day probation period.
