The ABA Training and Growth Leader will oversee the strategic development and execution of ABA clinical training programs while driving scalable growth initiatives across new and existing pediatric therapy locations. This includes leading onboarding and training systems, opening and operationalizing new clinics, and developing a robust in-home ABA service model. This leader will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and team readiness across diverse settings.

Compensation and Benefit Information:  

  • Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine ABA onboarding and clinical training programs for RBTs, BCBAs, and leaders across the organization
  • Lead the launch, evaluation, and improvement of virtual and in-clinic training models, including Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and competency-based assessments
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure training is tailored to regional and clinic-specific needs
  • Partner with Talent and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires
  • Plan and oversee the opening of new clinic locations, including staff training, process implementation, and space readiness
  • Develop and lead the expansion of in-home ABA services, including service delivery protocols, staffing models, QA, and billing workflows
  • Conduct virtual family orientations and establish caregiver training and feedback structures for in-home services
  • Support the recruitment, training, and oversight of in-home ABA providers
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to training outcomes, clinical quality, and staff development
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to clinical team members and support leadership development pathways
  • Collaborate with billing, compliance, and operations departments to ensure training initiatives support sustainability and growth
  • Maintain clinical billable hours as applicable through supervision, QAA reviews, or reauthorization support
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in clinical leadership, training, or operations within ABA services
  • Strong understanding of pediatric ABA service delivery in both clinic and home-based settings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices, diversity, and inclusive clinical environments

Schedule and Location, and Duration (remote/hybrid/address):

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, exempt position
  • Hybrid/Remote with travel as needed to support new clinic launches and regional teams
  • Occasional travel to in-home and clinic sites across

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Will supervise training team members and clinical training initiatives across regions
  • May oversee in-home clinical staff and designated trainers as service lines expand

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
