Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
A school psychologist position is available to support elementary students in an established district near Stratford, CT, with potential assignments at Franklin Elementary and other district locations. This contract role spans the current school year through June 11, 2025, offering a Monday to Friday schedule with 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and triennial evaluations for elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with school staff to interpret assessment data and contribute to student support plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluation results
- Participate in meetings related to student assessments and educational planning as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current CT 070 School Psychologist license
- Experience in conducting school psychological evaluations preferred
- Strong knowledge of elementary student developmental and educational needs
- Excellent munication and organizational skills
Location and Schedule Details:
- Position is located in the Stamford/Stratford, CT area with possible assignments throughout the district
- Monday through Friday, approximately 35 hours per week
- On-site work required; virtual or hybrid arrangements are not available
- Chromebook provided for work purposes
