Responsibilities

• Lighting fires and building culture through facilitating our three-day Supply Chain Induction Course
• Development of new courses that will help support and meet specific needs within the business
• Coordinating and facilitating any new courses that are developed based on needs
• Championing the Mainfreight Way
• Focus on collaboration, solutions and support within our online training platform, Maintrain

Qualifications

• Be self-driven and able to manage your own schedule
• Have knowledge or experience with Human Resources related topics
• Patience, understanding and the ability to pivot and adjust to different learning styles
• You don't need to be loud - you just need to care
• Be able to tap into creativity and use that to add to our training tools
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and within a team environment
• Have knowledge and experience in at least one of our products
• Understand the importance of building connections and communicating with the Executive team
• Have an eye for detail coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Be open to some travel throughout the year in an effort to make the biggest impact to the team as possible

Preferred Skills

• Experience in training facilitation
• Experience in HR related situations
• Strong collaboration skills
