Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with students and parents

• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure effective instructional strategies
• Assess and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and challenges
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and relevant training
