FABULOUS job opportunity available in Midtown Manhattan, for a large healthcare organization!! Our client is seeking a Training Coordinator, fully onsite, Monday through Friday, from 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and project coordination support
- Scheduling of departmental learning and training initiatives such as onsite, virtual/e-learning and blended sessions
- Creation of PowerPoint Presentations and other documents/materials needed (such as handouts, props, and workbooks)
- Preparation of files (electronic and hard copy), monthly metrics reporting, and set up of materials for trainings/workshops
- Assist with the set up and breakdown of meeting rooms and classrooms, and submission of surveys/evaluations, or other related post activity follow up
- Answering telephone calls for the department, assisting callers with questions, scheduling appointments, and triaging or escalating calls to other personnel
- Conduct virtual learning events via Zoom or other virtual platforms, and act as a backup to other staff as needed
- Assist users with registration of e-learning courses, and management of e-learning systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of Associate Degree required; Bachelor Degree Preferred
- 2+ years of administrative office experience and/or training experience
- Ability to work within deadline, prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality/use discretion are of the utmost importance
- Must be proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
- Experience with SurveyMonkey or other online survey development programs is a plus
Must be accommodating to fluctuating hours on training days (ability to begin as early as 7:30 am and stay as late as 5:30pm if need be)
