Job Description
Insight Global is seeking multiple Traveling Software Implementation Trainers for a global leader in the Pet Healthcare and Services industry. This organization creates, manages and maintains hardware and software that is improving pet healthcare from physical kiosks and instruments, to Practice Management Systems used to communicate between pet owners and veterinarians.
This role sits within the veterinary software organization, supporting a product that helps veterinary practices save time, communicate with clients, reduce workload, and ultimately increase revenue. This person will be traveling on site to these locations 75% -- 100% of the time. The locations could range from a small Veterinary Clinic to large Animal Hospitals throughout the US and Canada. This person will be working on site during the "Go Live" week, and provide training, support, and change management throughout the week. As a Software Trainer, you will collaborate with other IDEXX teams to formulate strategies that sustain our Customer Accounts, emphasizing education and tailored customer-centric solutions. Your responsibilities will include implementing and providing training to the practice staff on effectively utilizing the company's Practice Management Systems.
This type of implementation can often be challenging for the users, so we are looking for folks who are empathetic, solutions oriented, and coach through frustrations to adapt to the change. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who are technically sound, able to learn quickly, and have experience working in a professional environment.
There will be extensive training on the software, processes, and best practices during the first 8 weeks of the position.
This will be a hourly role, paying $23 per hour with all travel and lodging paid for including a daily meal reimbursement plan.
